Julie Fliegler, daughter of David and Katie Fliegler, plays linebacker and wide receiver in her family Thanksgiving football game. She holds the record for most touchdown receptions on a Thursday afternoon. Besides that, she is just beginning her fourth season on the Irvine High School Water Polo team. She also has been on the swim team for four years. She is active in ASB, tutors at Deerfield Elementary school and coaches the 11 year-olds on the Meraquas synchronized swimming team. Julie hopes to major in Ice Cream Tasting, Environmental Science or International Relations at Brandeis, Tufts or Berkeley. She is escorted by her father, David Fliegler.
NOTE:
Robby and Julie have been friends for a long time. They were the first Students of the Month together in Mrs. Rhodes' kindergarten class at Deerfield Elementary.
